How information is handled when you use the Beeswift website, enquiry planners and contact links.
This policy describes the website’s enquiry tools and the contact choices available to you. For questions about your information, email contact@beeswift.com.sg.
The business planner asks for your name, email, company, optional phone number, service interest and requirements. The driver-interest planner asks for your name, email, optional phone, licence class, vehicle access, availability and an introduction. Please include only details relevant to your enquiry. Do not include NRIC, banking information, identity documents or customer delivery lists.
The planner displays your entered details on the page for review. The website code does not automatically submit them to a server, store them in browser storage or send them to Beeswift. Your browser may separately offer autofill or remember form values according to its settings. Editing a field clears the reviewed contact choices until you review again.
After review, you may choose to open an email draft addressed to contact@beeswift.com.sg or a WhatsApp draft for +65 8201 5109. The reviewed details are added to the contact link only when you choose that channel. Opening a draft does not send it: you review and send it yourself in the external app. The app or provider may receive and process the included details once opened, under its own policies. General phone and WhatsApp links are also available without form content.
When you send a message by email or WhatsApp, its contents form part of that conversation and can be used to understand and respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements and discuss relevant services or work opportunities. Please avoid sending information about other people unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.
Your email provider, WhatsApp and the devices or services you use to contact Beeswift handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing locations, account settings and retention practices may differ. Consider those arrangements before including sensitive information.
The website code sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or externally hosted fonts. Visiting the website sends ordinary page and asset requests to its hosting server, which may create access logs. Opening a contact app is a separate action you choose.
To ask about information you have sent, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email contact@beeswift.com.sg. Include enough context to identify the relevant conversation without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Any request will need to be considered in light of the information involved and applicable requirements.
You can edit or clear the planner before choosing a contact app. For information already sent through email or WhatsApp, contact Beeswift with your request. Deleting text from this website’s planner does not remove a message already sent through another service.
